For delivery of the purchased product, the Customer may choose his/her residence or domicile, workplace or private address of a natural person of his/her choice, whose residence or domicile is within or outside of the European Union.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer only after the payment for the relevant order has been duly registered.
In the event that, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package presents imperfections, the Customer shall proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier, in order to verify the condition of the product contained therein. Pick-up will imply acceptance of the delivery.
For security reasons, deliveries to PO boxes will not be made and the order will not be processed.

For each Order placed on the site, we are not obligated to issue an invoice, unless expressly requested by the customer at the time of ordering, as provided for in art. 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972. No change can be made to the receipt after it has been issued.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are clearly marked on the order form. They may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the place of destination of the products.

All purchases will be delivered by courier or can be picked up at the shop in Parma Via Mazzini 5/b.

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to their unavailability, even temporarily, the Customer will be promptly notified by e-mail, and in any case delivery will be made within a period of time ranging from 3 (three) days to 30 (thirty) days.

Ave Caprice, is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the products will in any case be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the Purchase Order.

Delivery requires the presence of the customer or a delegated person at the recipient’s address indicated in the Order. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer shall check:

  1. That the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated in the transport document
  2. That the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by writing conditional acceptance on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer may not object in any way to the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
Ave Caprice will send the Customer a shipping confirmation e-mail once the products have been dispatched.

The delivery number of each delivery made will be retained in order to guarantee the security of the delivery of the product.

Shipments outside of the EU

The costs of shipments to non-European countries will be calculated and provided at the time of purchase.

Once the Customer has received the shipping costs, he/she may decide whether to proceed or request a refund for the purchased product.

We choose our couriers very carefully in order to offer the best shipping service on the market.

Our couriers DHL, FedEx and GLS allow us to ship throughout Italy and to the rest of the countries we serve.
